TERMS OF SERVICEA copy of these terms are also viewable on each commission form.PAYMENT POLICY
All payment is done in PayPal. Prices listed are in USD.
- For commissions <$100 Full Payment is required at the beginning of the commission.
- For commissions >$100 Half-Payment is required at the beginning of the commission, with the remainder required BEFORE the commission is delivered.- I reserve the rights to post the artwork to other sites, or present it in a portfolio or artbook, with proper credit to you as the commissioner.
- You may ONLY re-post the artwork with proper credit to me as the artist.
- You may not claim any work of mine as your own.
- You may not edit / trace / distribute / modify / sell the commissioned artwork without my permission.PERSONAL USE
You can use your commissioned artwork as decoration for your social media accounts, on requirement that proper credit is given to me (the artist).COMMERCIAL USE
You can use your commissioned artwork for;
- Decoration for your social media accounts, on requirement that proper credit is given to me (the artist).
- Advertisements, Stream Assets, Thumbnails, Videos, (feel free to ask if something is not listed).
- MerchandiseYOU CANNOT USE MY WORK FOR NFT's IN ANY FORM.I WILL NEVER TAKE COMMISSIONS FOR NFT RELATED PROJECTSDELIVERY OF COMMISSION
- You are purchasing my services and the digital file(s); therefore, no physical product will be shipped.
- I will send you the full resolution image via email or through a digital download link. Additional files at smaller resolutions must be requested before or during the commission process.
- My signature must remain on the image any time it is shared online. (*If you have concerns about websites cropping the signature out of the image, you may discuss this issue with me directly via DMs on Twitter or Discord.)
- I reserve the right to cancelling/declining any order if I do not feel comfortable drawing the requested commission, or you (the commissioner) have been proven difficult or rude before or during the commission process.TIMELINE
I will start the sketch of a commission 3-5 days after payment is received.
- Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time (under two months) as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be handled as follows:
- I will refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch; within 3 days after receiving payment.
- I will only refund if a reasonable case is provided.
- Commission not started: 100% Refund
- Sketch: 60% Refund + Sketch file sent.
- Lineart: 30% Refund + Lineart file sent.
- Completed Art: No RefundsADDITIONAL TERMS
- If you wish to see a WIP, do not be afraid to ask. However, please do not go overboard on requesting many WIPs in a short period of time.
- If no reference material (images, descriptions, palettes, etc.) is provided before the commission is started, you agree that the pose, color, and details are up to my discretion.
- If there are any changes you wish to make to the commission during the process, they should be made after the first sketch is sent to you.
- Any requested changes to the commission after the lineart is completed will be considered only if you agree to any additional fees brought up by the change requested.
- If there are any details missed by myself that were present in the commission request, please gently remind me and they will be added at no cost. (It is appreciated if this is done as soon as possible.)
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.CHARGEBACK
If you attempt a chargeback after any art is received, you will be immediately BLOCKLISTED; the art in question is considered stolen, and therefore is not allowed to be used under any circumstances.- Tips are not required, but always appreciated!
